From working in fine dining restaurants, catering companies, and as a personal chef for high-profile clients, Her purpose is to leave a great taste with every flavor and service that's given to each client. Just like her recipes, Taste Gracefully was built from scratch, love, and passion. Chef Mars from the south side of Chicago, took a leap of faith in her limited space apartment kitchen. She created a vision of Taste Gracefully being on the level of a 5 star Michelin restaurant. She fought through the "what if's" and overcame her fears with an hunger for greatness. Surrounding herself in upscale culinary environments, of being the student, to now becoming the teacher, head chef, and CEO of Taste Gracefully, The Aroma of Flavors.
