Taste Gracefully Luxury Picnic Chef Experience

Taste Gracefully DOES NOT offer refunds for any type of booking cancellations. If you wish to cancel your picnic, you will need to contact Taste Gracefully at least 48 hours prior to your booking. We will credit your picnic with a reschedule date. 

If you do not contact Taste Gracefully at least 48 hours prior to your booking, you will not received a refund or a reschedule date, your booking will be cancelled.

If Taste Gracefully needs to cancel due to accident or personal purposes we will refund the full amount within 3-7 business days.

If you decide to reschedule your picnic, guest must contact us 1-2 weeks prior to the date interested in booking. The picnic will be booked ONLY if there is availability on that date. If you fail to reschedule in advance, there will be no refunds.

Booking must be done Minimum 14 days ( 2weeks) in advance, anything after will result in a last minute $100 fee. Same day booking will result of $200 fee. 

Taste Gracefully grace period is ONLY 20  minutes after the agreed booked time. We have the right to CANCEL the picnic if the guest does not arrive during our grace period. There will be NO REFUNDS or rescheduling in these circumstances. If the guest decides to leave before the time arranged. Guests will need to contact Taste Gracefully at least 30 minutes in advance to let us know about leaving early

 If there are any weather related issues (rain, severe storm, snow, severe temperatures, or catastrophic events) the picnic will be rescheduled. Taste Gracefully will not service your picnic in any difficult weather condition.

The weather will be monitored a week before to the booked date and we will determine if the picnic will need to be rescheduled  48 hours prior to the booked date. Guest are welcome to also contact Taste Gracefully 48 hours in advance to reschedule due to weather conditions.

Taste Gracefully will NOT allow any location changes unless agreed upon due to weather related issues. If agreed upon, Taste Gracefully will charge aa travel fee based on the location give by the client. The fee will depend on the total mileage starting from our location (Chicago, IL) 

Taste Gracefully  is not responsible for obtaining any type of park permit

With our list of park locations, street parking is provided and also near parking garages. Taste Gracefully is not responsible for parking. It is the client responsibility to find parking near picnic location.

Due to Covid-19 and for your safety and comfort, we will be sanitizing and disinfecting every single item used in the picnic before and after your booking.​

 MISSING/DAMAGED ITEMS

There’ll be a fee of $100-$700+ depending on the missing/damaged items.

A photographer fee is not included in Picnic pricing packages, but Taste Gracefully can refer you to a professional photographer for your event.

Taste Gracefully is allowed to update pricing (won't affect prior booking agreement) or make any changes on our website anytime. Pricing and packages are subject to future changes.

Taste Gracefully shall in no way be held responsible or accountable for any damage, injury, death or loss of income caused to the client, any third parties equipment or properties hired through Taste Gracefully.
